Changing quantities and canceling an item from the order
An order can’t be edited once it is submitted to our website. To make changes to an order that has been submitted online contact us via (WhatsApp or Viber message to +371 ……… or firstname.lastname@example.org). It is important to take note that an order can’t be changed or edited once processing or shipping has commenced.
What to do when the products ordered are taking long to arrive?
If the products you ordered for are taking long to arrive, contact with the your Post office. In case this does not solve the problem contact us for more information.
What to do when an item is missing from the order?
Check the item slip to confirm whether an item or some items are highlighted. In the case of highlighted items, those items were not available and to process the order faster the available items were sent to be followed later by the highlighted items. The items not sent will be sent once they are available. In the case of a complete unavailability of an item or items, an email will be sent informing you of this.
What happens when you receive a product you did not order?
In case we erroneously deliver a product, you did not order contact our help desk before the lapse of three working days. We will pay for shipping charges to return the product erroneously delivered and send the correct product without charging you any extra cost. In case the error lies with the customer you are advised to carefully look into our policy on returning products.
